Who pays for linen and supplies?
Linen and welcome products are included in the cleaning fees paid by guests.
What happens if there is damage?
We record it with photos in CleanProof, let you know the same day and handle the claim with the platform or against the deposit.
Can I block dates for myself?
Yes, at any time from the shared calendar. We prepare the property before you arrive.
Do you handle town hall registration and tourist tax?
We help you register your furnished holiday let and check that tourist tax is collected on every booking.
