We assign each clean to a team member, with the number of guests, the beds to prepare and your instructions.

On site, she taps “Start”. The time is recorded by our server, not by her phone.
Ticked and photographed
Every ticked checkpoint is time-stamped. Mandatory photos validate the key areas: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, terrace.
Reported
A stain, a breakage, a light bulb: she photographs and reports it. You are informed, and nothing is thrown away without your approval.
Signed off and locked
Once complete, the report can no longer be changed. You receive the summary with the photos.
